Huus Investment is a European real estate fund focused on acquiring and managing residential properties for long-term growth.
The project started from scratch, without a defined structure or digital system. The goal was to create a website that clearly explains how the fund works, while maintaining a premium and trustworthy feel.
The experience needed to work for both experienced investors and people who are new to real estate investing.
The problem
The main challenge was explaining the product in a way that feels simple but still credible.
Real estate investing involves multiple layers such as property selection, fund structure, and long-term returns. Without a clear structure, this quickly becomes hard to understand.
At the same time, the existing direction didn’t clearly show what users are actually investing in or how the process works.

My Role
I designed the product from the ground up, starting with structuring the content and defining how the investment model is presented.
The work included wireframes, full UI design, and building a design system with reusable components and a UI kit to ensure consistency and scalability.

The result is a clear and structured digital experience that makes real estate investing easier to understand.
Users can quickly grasp how the fund works, what they are investing in, and how to get started.
The design builds trust through clarity and provides a strong foundation for the product to grow.
