Presently
AI Tool
Overview
Presently is an AI-powered tool designed to help users create structured, visually clear presentations in minutes instead of hours.
Most presentation tools are built around slide editing, forcing users to think about layout before they even have a clear idea. This creates friction at the very beginning of the process and slows users down.
Presently shifts the experience from editing slides to structuring ideas.

The problem
The core issue is not design, it is structure.
Users don’t struggle with slides. They struggle with organizing their thoughts before they even start.
Most tools ignore this and either drop users into an empty canvas or generate unstructured content that still requires significant effort to fix.
too much time is spent structuring ideas
tools focus on slides instead of thinking
AI output is often messy and hard to use
the empty canvas creates hesitation and slows users down
The goal
The goal was to shift the experience from manual editing to guided content generation.
Instead of giving users more controls, the product needed to remove friction and help them move from idea to structure with minimal effort.
reduce time needed to create presentations
guide users through structure
make AI output usable and easy to refine
keep the experience simple and focused

My Role
I worked on this project end-to-end, combining product thinking with UI design.
I defined the core flow and interaction model, focusing on how users move from a raw idea to a structured presentation. I also designed the interface to ensure the experience stays clear, focused, and scalable.
Outcome
This approach removes friction at the earliest stage of presentation creation.
Users no longer need to define structure before starting, which reduces hesitation and significantly speeds up the process. Instead of building slides from scratch, they begin with a structured draft that can be quickly refined.
The experience becomes more guided, predictable, and easier to navigate, allowing users to focus on content rather than process.
